Shipping & Returns:
Need to return all or part of your order? No problem! Just email firstname.lastname@example.org with a complete list of all of the items you would like to return, including style numbers, colors, sizes and quantities. Please include your order number. We will reply with return instructions.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Altered or washed garments are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be authorized by T-shirt.ca. Returns without a RA # will be refused. Claims must be made within 15 days from receipt. Items must be sent Freight Prepaid. Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.
Due to the nature of online ordering and shipping costs, exchanges are treated the same as returns.
Order cancellation can only be made before shipment.
Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
Orders are shipped from 1 of 5 warehouses across Canada depending on proximity and availability. Most orders are delivered 1 to 3 business days after being placed. We will notify you within 24 hours if your order must be split between multiple warehouses. Please keep an eye on the email address you provided on the order.
The beginning of the week may experience delays due to an excess of orders placed over the weekends. Please plan ahead!
Orders are shipped via Purolator. Our company is unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please notify a customer service representative if you require Next Day Shipping* Same Day delivery is unavailable.
*Not guaranteed. Orders shipped from multiple warehouses may incur additional shipping charges and added delivery time. T-shirt.ca will not cover 3-way splits, especially on items where warehouse locations are stated.
Orders cannot be picked up from the warehouses.
*Please note: if you live in a remote location (especially one that Purolator does not service), free shipping may not apply to your order. We will email you with a quote from a courier that delivers to your area.

If you received damaged, incorrect, or missing items on an order, claims must be made within 10 business days from the date of purchase. Claims made after this time may or may not be accepted. The quicker you let us know of a problem, the faster we
can fix it for you! Thank you for your support!

Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling will be billed FOB (Free On Board) shipping point and added to your invoice. Some items may be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer, FOB from that location.
Please note that any orders placed after 4:00 PM EST are not guaranteed to ship out the same day. Any orders placed after 4:00 EST, will be processed the following business day. Inventoried
items typically ship within 24 hours of receiving the order. Factory direct items typically ship within 7-10 business days from our manufacturer’s stock. Larger items may be shipped via a trucking company and customers are encouraged to check each incoming shipment carefully before acknowledging receipt from the carrier.
Unless otherwise requested by a customer, goods will be shipped via carriers of our choice with shipping, handling, insurance, and packaging charges prepaid and added to the invoice. If you prefer to use your own shipping account, please contact customer service. We do not ship C.O.D.. In accordance with federal laws, all hazardous and ORM-D materials must be shipped by ground.
If you need expedited delivery, call our customer service department toll-free at 1-800-786-4035. We will prepay and add shipping and handling charges to your invoice. Please note that all expedited (next day, 2 day and 3 day) shipping methods will be fulfilled and in transit on business days only due to UPS being closed. Packages will not be in transit on weekends or major holidays.
All international shipments will require the customer/receiver to pay any applicable duties and taxes at the time of delivery.
